I enjoy making jewellery and endeavor to provide you with a quality piece of unique jewellery. Bespoke pieces are available, contact me for details.

Payment terms

My preferred method of payment is PayPal, you do can use PayPal to pay via your credit card without creating an account if you wish. Please contact me for alternative payment methods.

Orders not paid for within 7 days of purchase will be considered void and goods will be offered for sale again.  If you are having difficulty in paying please contact me to see if an alternative can be found.

Postage and packaging

I ship all items within 2 working days of order via Royal mail 1st class. I will keep a certificate of posting as proof of posting in case of any shipping disputes.  If you require an alternative form of posting please contact me to arrange.

If multiple items are purchased then I will package them together to reduce postage where possible.

All items will be packaged  in an organza gift bage and wrapped using a protective bubble wrap to ensure that no damage occurs in transit.

If required I can gift wrap and include a personal message, there would be a small extra charge for this.  Please contact me for details

Returns

Please contact me regarding any returns and I will do my best to accommodate any situation, however I cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene issues.
